Employability office

The mission of the Employability Office of the IPAM is to connect students with employers, develop their skills and support them in their career plan, in order to ensure that they are prepared to find their place in the national or international labour market.

The Office carries out activities/events in order to promote and optimise the development of student skills, and to explore and learn about professional prospects:

  • Help in raising awareness of the importance of extracurricular activities for the development of skills, valued by the labour market;
  • Disclosure of Internship and Employment offers;
  • Support in the search for Internship and Employment;
  • Support with the preparation of CV/portfolio; contact with companies; support with interview preparation;
  • Preparation of documentation for internships, whether curricular, extracurricular or professional;
  • Workshops and Job Fairs.

Employability portal

The IPAM provides its students and alumni with a Portal where it is possible to:

  • Access national and international job and internship offers;
  • Upload your CV and create your profile so that companies can view and contact you directly;
  • Schedule virtual sessions with the Employability office;
  • Enrol in workshops and other activities;
  • Find support manuals prepared by the Employability Office (Resources) for the various stages of the academic career and entry into the labour market.

Registration in the Employability Portal is done with the student’s institutional email.

IPAM constantly works its liaison with companies and the labour market, in order to provide its students, throughout their degree, with real work experience, while also increasing their employability.

We hold Open Days at the company’s premises, where our students will have the opportunity to get to know the companies’ facilities, their processes and culture.
